3 Tips for Living Your Best Life

Life is Beautiful

Hello there love. If you’re reading this, it means that you woke up to see another day in this beautiful thing we call life. Unfortunately, this daily blessing is something that we oftentimes overlook because of how stressful our daily responsibilities can feel. Life is beautiful, but it can get tough, so today I’m sharing three daily strategies that I use to live a happy life. These are tips that you can implement immediately to lead a more positive life. 1. Start Your Day With Intention

My first tip can be implemented as soon as you wake up. Your mindset has the power to set the tone for your day so start it with intention. If you jump-start your day positively, the chances of it being brighter increases exponentially. So before scrolling through emails or watching the news, think of something that you are thankful for to kick off your morning routine. I share a positive “Rise & Shine” message on my Instagram story every day, so if you need inspiration, you know where to find some. Moving on to tip number two!



2. Curate Your Company

Growing up my parents always said “you are the company you keep” and they were 100% correct. Pay attention to who you spend time with. Are their goals in line with yours? Do you share the same values? Do they lift you up and leave you feeling energized and confident? If the answer is no, chances are, you’ve outgrown that relationship and it’s time to move on. If you don’t believe me, think about your number one idol and then look at who is in their social circle. Curate your company. Spend time with people who are genuine and inspirational. On social media, follow people who are positive and already where you want to be. You are the company you keep. Moving on to the final tip!

3. Believe In Yourself

Believing in yourself can be hard, but let me tell you something - if you don’t believe in yourself, nobody else will. Imagine visiting a doctor that had no confidence in what they were doing - that would be your last visit, right? People trust individuals that exude confidence, so hold your head up high. The only thing standing between reality and your dreams is action. Self-doubt will creep in every now and then, but learn to identify when that’s happening and remind yourself that it is simply a mental roadblock. Don’t allow negative thoughts to block you from achieving your goals. View yourself through a positive lens and doors will open up for you.
