If you follow me on Instagram, you're probably well aware of my growing obsession with makeup and skin care. One common misconception I've noticed around beauty is the idea that you must buy expensive products to get results. Today I'm going to debunk that misguided notion by sharing some awesome beauty products that won't break the bank.

I love expensive products as much as the next girl, but when my budget is tight, I know how to flex and get the biggest bang for my buck! For example, when I don't feel like shelling out $50 on my favorite Lancôme foundation, I grab my favorite Revlon foundation for a fifth of the price! It's a great way to save money, and nobody can even tell I've swapped foundation because Revlon gives me a flawless look. Win win!

The Vanity

Now that I've shared my favorite products with you, it's time to talk about where they live! I keep everything organized in my beloved Ikea dressing table. This piece of furniture holds a special place in my heart, because I built it with the help of my dad. It's the only thing in my room that I didn't assemble on my own with the exception of my bed.
